Still trying to figure out who I am... In the meanwhile working on bringing mindfulness into every aspect of my life. In addition, I endeavor to increase mindfulness in marketing as researched and taught in academia and practiced in businesses. I embrace different experiences and spiritual practices. A very important part of my daily practice is the breath work and meditation taught by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. To share the benefits of this wonderful breathing technique I have organized several Yoga of breath workshops at the University of Utah and continue to share what I have learnt now in Shutesbury. I also love singing, dancing, and cooking.
